CNC Machining

One of our strengths as an automation company is our expert in-house CNC machining capabilities. We share this expertise with companies who are in need of top quality CNC machining. We utilize state of the art equipment from Hurco, Haas and Fadal, and our vertical machining centers handle up to 64″x 40″ travels. We guarantee that our precision machined parts will fall within your tolerances. We are a job shop, and don’t do production machining. Whatever your product, we can cut any product you have out of any type of metal. We can also cut custom products to data out of multiple materials. We have the capability to read virtually any type of data. When you need it done right on time, on budget, by a team who cares, you will enjoy your interaction with the Creative Machining team.

Fixturing

For companies that produce a wide variety of product sizes and shapes out of multiple materials, a fixturing system designed by our team can save you both time and money. Our designs incorporate the ability to do quick setup (no tools required) – reduce your changeover times as well as help you produce highly accurate and repeatable results. We custom build fixturing components for a variety of applications including assembly systems, QC systems, assembly / degating equipment, bulk feeding, material handling and more.

End Of Arm Tooling

Whether you need EOAT components, or complete end-of-arm tooling systems, we take great care in engineering parts that are built for speed, accuracy and long life. Whether your application calls for grippers, magnetics, or suction all of our designs incorporate our quick change design, which means you can expect less downtime and increased productivity.

Urethane Casting

Creative Machining, Inc. is one of very few companies that have the expertise to offer urethane casting / urethane pour services. By incorporating urethane casting into your product development strategy, we can help to streamline your parts development process while lowering overall cost. We can mimic your parts with urethane castings. Urethane casting involves pouring urethane casting material into a mold, creating production ready parts, at much lower costs than you’ll find with other shops. Incorporating this into the process allows us to move from the prototyping stage to production in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Most companies do not offer this service and you end up paying for more-expensive machine tooling as a result.
